We process the data you send us via forms, by email or by phone: name, contact details, nationality, residence status, permit dates, professional and family situation, and documents needed for your application. Some of this data is sensitive: it is treated confidentially and used solely for your application.

Responding to your enquiries, providing our services, sending Permit Reminder notifications, sending you your test result and contacting you again if you agreed to this, invoicing and meeting our legal obligations.

Our emails are hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.). Online payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.); we do not receive your card details. The site is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. Some of these providers may transfer data outside Switzerland, with appropriate safeguards.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. Your language choice may be stored in your browser.

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 24 months. Permit Reminder data is deleted 3 months after the subscription ends. Application and billing data is kept for 10 years, as required by law.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to order@abc-office.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (PFPDT).
