Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to ABC Office services ordered on MySwissPermit.ch: file check, preparation of permit applications, minor formalities, Permit Reminder subscription, ordering of documents, apostilles and translations.
2. Nature of the service
ABC Office prepares applications and supports clients with the administrative side. Applications are signed and submitted by the client or their employer. Decisions rest exclusively with the municipal, cantonal and federal authorities. ABC Office is not a law firm, does not represent its clients in appeal proceedings and does not guarantee the outcome of applications. The review of a refusal by the partner lawyer is a direct relationship between the client and the lawyer.
3. Prices
The prices shown are fees in Swiss francs. Official fees, documents, apostilles, language certificates and postage are payable by the client, either paid directly or advanced by ABC Office and recharged at cost. The amount paid for the file check is deducted from a package ordered within 6 months.
4. Payment
Services ordered online are payable when ordering, by card or TWINT via Stripe. Advanced costs are invoiced separately and payable within 30 days.
5. Permit Reminder subscription
The subscription runs for one year and renews automatically every year, paid by card. It can be cancelled at any time by email; it then ends when the paid period expires. Reminders are an information service: the client remains solely responsible for meeting deadlines and their obligations.
6. Timeframes
The file check report is delivered within 48 working hours of receiving all the requested information. The authorities' processing times do not depend on ABC Office.
7. Cancellation and refunds
The client may cancel an order as long as work has not started: the amount paid is then refunded. Once work has started, services performed and costs incurred remain payable. The file check is no longer refundable once the report has been delivered.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of ABC Office, subject to mandatory jurisdictions in favour of consumers.
